All users of LumadDeveloper 's Android and Apple IOS mobile application, will keep their privacy rights 100% intact.
LumadDeveloper has"NO INTENTION" to gather or collect users name, age, race, nationality, location, or any information that is deemed private by the users, without consent and clear representation of its purpose.
In the future or at anytime when certain mobile application is or are needed to gather information that is deemed private, LumadDeveloper will specify by details, request permission to the users, and will give appropriate settings for every user to permanently delete and or prohibit LumadDeveloper developer to access those private information at anytime.
At the same time we retain the rights to preserve all private data information for 90 days in a secure, limited access server, for the sole purpose of preserving information for any governmental request that will arise, in accordance by court order and for any legal means. This policy also requires LumadDeveloper to carefully take consideration of preserving the confidential rights reserve for our users privacy.
Information gathering disclosure must and always be provided at the request of the user, with the intention that it will only be use for clarifactory ease, and will not or never be a representation of LumadDeveloper's information gathering policies.
If there is an event that our application unknowingly violates the rights to privacy of our users, we will immediately oblige to remove our app from the market to prevent any further damage that may cause.
